LinkAja
Launched in 2019, LinkAja is a leading Indonesian digital wallet and e-payment platform that enables users to pay with mobile phones, including those who do not have a bank account. LinkAja is a collaboration among several major Indonesian state-owned enterprises, including PLN, Telkom Indonesia, and Bank Mandiri, aimed at promoting financial inclusion and digital financial services nationwide.

User experience

The following figure shows the journey of paying with LinkAja on the mobile terminal:
- The buyer selects LinkAja to pay.
- The buyer is redirected to the LinkAja browser page and inputs the phone number and PIN to log in.
- The buyer checks the payment information and receives a notificaiton of payment verification code.
- The buyer clicks the notificaiton to enter the LinkAja app.
- The buyer obtains and copies the code.
- The buyer manually switches to the LinkAja browser page and pastes the code to proceed with payment.
- The buyer completes the payment and receives the transaction notificaiton.
- The buyer is redirected back to the merchant result page.
