MACHBANK

MACHBANK (formerly known simply as MACH) is a leading Chilean neobank and digital payment platform owned by Banco Bci. It was the first digital bank account in Chile to allow users to transfer money and make payments without commissions or maintenance fees. Launched in 2017 to improve financial inclusion, it has grown to become the second-largest bank in Chile by customer base, serving almost 5 million users as of early 2026.

As part of Bci Bank, MACHBANK allows users to make payments through its app or the Bci app. On mobile devices, users are redirected to the MACHBANK or Bci app to confirm a payment. On PC, users can scan a QR code with the MACHBANK or Bci app to confirm a payment.
