FamiPay is a payment method provided by Famipay Group Company. As a connected business, FamilyMart has about 16,000 offline convenience stores in Japan, which gives FamiPay a user base advantage. It is stated that FamiPay has around 20 million users, covering the digital wallet market in Japan.

User experience

The following graphics show the user experience of paying with FamiPay:
- The buyer selects FamiPay to pay.
- The buyer is redirected to FamiPay's web page and logs in with the phone number and password registered to FamiPay.
- The buyer enters the PIN to continue the payment.
- The buyer enters the 4-digit authentication code, which is sent to the mobile number registered to FamiPay, to complete the payment.
- The buyer is redirected back to the merchant result page.
