Will upgrading to company account affect my existing business operations?

No, upgrading to company account will not affect your existing business operations. All your existing merchant account data will be fully preserved, and the company account layer will be added for unified management only.

How many merchant accounts can be bound to one company account?

A maximum of 20 merchant accounts can be bound to one company account, supporting a mix of Antom direct acquiring and APO accounts. For more information, please refer to the Company account user guide.

Can I revert a company account to independent merchant accounts after upgrading?

Downgrading is currently not supported. Please confirm your business requirements before proceeding with the upgrade.

Can the company account name be modified?

You can specify the company account name during the account creation. After the company account is created, you can modify your company account name by clicking the edit icon next to it.
