Account management
This document is used to guide merchants to view and manage the merchant account information. You can manage your account according to the following steps:
- Click Settings > Merchant account information on the page to enter the Merchant account management page to view the basic information. The following information is required when registering a merchant account:
- Merchant account name: Refers to the name entered by you when creating the account, which can be modified.
- Merchant account ID: MID, a unique ID generated by the system.
- Merchant business registration location: The location where the merchant registers the business entity.
When you fill in the complete contact information on the KYC page, the filled information will be displayed on this page. Note that there is a difference between the information presented in Test mode and Live mode.
- Click the edit icon next to Merchant account name to modify the account name. Naming rules will be displayed when the cursor is hovered on the exclamation mark icon on the right side of the input box. The new account name must comply with the naming rules. Enter a new account name and click OK.
Once the modification is complete, this page will be updated to reflect the name displayed in the upper left corner.
