It also supports API integration, SDK integration, and provides standard payment devices/components (Soft POS, EMV Reader, EMV POS, etc.). Merchants can self-service to activate payment providers and payment methods on the APO Dashboard, complete configurations of payment provider credentials such as accounts and keys, as well as the capabilities of the payment methods (e.g. card brands, currencies) to enable APO to process transactions with the payment providers.

Transaction management

Merchants can search and query all transaction records the APO Dashboard, view the transaction status and detailed information, and initiate manual refunds and other transactional operations.

Reconciliation management

The statements of all payment providers will be converted into APO-standardized statements. Merchants can download standardized settlement files through the APO Dashboard or SFTP. Additionally, APO will automatically reconcile payment provider settlement details with transaction details, and merchants can query the reconciliation results and details.

Smart routing

Merchants can configure routing rules via a visual drag-and-drop interface on the APO Dashboard, supporting a hybrid mode of AI routing and custom routing. This means merchants can define their own routing rules and payment provider distribution ratios according to their business strategies. Merchants can also enable AI smart routing, allowing AI to dynamically determine the optimal payment provider for each transaction, thereby achieving a higher overall payment success rate.

Data insights

Merchants can perform data insights analysis on the APO Dashboard, check the overall performance and key metrics, and conduct comparative and trend analysis from multiple dimensions, such as payment providers. Additionally, merchants can observe conclusions and opportunities for experiments through custom A/B testing analysis, thereby achieving data-driven operational decisions.
