Antom provides payment services to customers around the world. The relevant laws, and regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction governs the interactions we may have with our stakeholders. This means that the payment services that we provide may need to be restricted to certain industries, that we have to take into consideration the risk appetites or requirements of the payment service providers we collaborate with, or that we are unable to serve certain industries altogether.
We have also taken into account the cultural and moral perceptions that relate to the provision of certain goods and services, as well as our internal risk appetite for providing payment services to certain businesses and industries in deciding not to provide services, or to restrict our provision of services to certain industries.
Prohibited Products and Services
We decline to provide services to merchants who provide products or services in the following prohibited categories. These products or services are prohibited on Antom’s platform in all forms. By agreeing to utilize Antom’s services, merchants, and marketplace users confirm that they do not offer such services or products. Customers will not utilize Antom’s services to violate the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions which a customer operates. Customers will also abide by the terms of service of Antom or any third-party stakeholder which may support a transaction.
Adult
· Adult audio, imagery, videos and games containing erotic or explicitly sexual material, generally known as pornography
· Adult services which may include prostitution, and escort services
· Services, items or goods that may be considered obscene
· Mail Order Spouse Services
· Streaming Services for the sole purpose of providing adult content
Gambling
· Games of chance which includes gambling and lottery services
· Fantasy Sports with prizes
· Casino games and sports betting which pays monetary or material prizes
Narcotics, Drugs and Substances
· Sale of Alcohol (to underage persons or where illegal)
· Illegal Drugs, or illegal narcotics, related paraphernalia or tools for the consumption, or production of such illegal drugs or illegal narcotics
· Chemicals or substances which may be utilized to create illegal drugs or narcotics
· Chemicals and substances which may be utilized to create regulated drugs or narcotics, or may infringe the intellectual property rights of third-party drug companies
· Cannabis/ Marijuana and the related paraphernalia or tools for the consumption of Cannabis and Marijuana
· Products containing THC or CBD
Tobacco
· Electronic cigarettes
· Online sale of cigarettes, cigars and any tobacco product, and paraphernalia for the consumption of such tobacco products
· Online sale of chewing tobacco leaves
Chemicals and Hazardous Materials
· Flammable, hazardous and/or explosive chemicals
· Radioactive Materials
Weapons
· Weapons, firearms and ammunition, including accessories, components, and substances for the operation and creation of such firearms and ammunition
· Explosives
Medical and Pharmaceutical
· Unlicensed pharmaceuticals, medical drugs that are not approved for sale
· Regulated pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices sold without obtaining the proper license
Financial Products
· Virtual currency products, which include crypto-currencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs)], crypto mining services, and initial coin offerings (ICOs
· Counterfeit currencies
· Fundraising for illegal activities
· Pyramid schemes or “Get Rich Quick” schemes
· Unlicensed loans and moneylending services
· Unlicensed financial products
· Unlicensed financial investment
· Money Transmitters, Remittance, Currency exchange services
· Debt Collection
· Credit Repair services (including counseling)
· Payments to Investment or Brokerage Services
· Pawn services
Industries that Antom declines to provide services to
· Click Farms
· Essay Mills
· Crowdfunding
· Bulk sales of personal information including email or mailing lists
· Multi-level marketing schemes
Auctions
· Auction Services
Infringement of Intellectual Property
· Counterfeit Goods
· Pirated Products
· Any other products and services that infringe IP rights
Criminal and Morally Repugnant Activities
· Illegal products or services
· Items obtained through illegal means
· Protected species which include endangered species of wildlife and products derived from such animals
· Child sexual abuse material
· Conflict minerals (including diamonds)
· Protected artefacts
· Products produced by the means of slave or child labor
· Items or products containing information advocating or supporting the discrimination against humans on the basis of legally protected characteristics
· Items or products containing information which may endanger the national security of any jurisdiction, promoting or supporting the use of terror or extremist ideology, the subversion of a state, or for the purpose of breaching state secrecy laws
· Police, or military equipment
· Products which are realistic replicas, copies, or illegal duplicates of official government uniforms, badges, or other symbols or insignia, of any government authority including public transportation services

· Use of Antom to provide payment processing services to other payment processors
· Precious Metals
· Streaming Services
