1. How to change the payment password?

Click Settings > Security settings at the upper right corner to enter the Security settings page. Click Edit passcode to update the payment passcode.

2. How to change the login password?

Click Settings > Security settings at the upper right corner to enter the Security settings page. Click Change login password to update the login password.

3. How to modify the login email address?

Click Settings > Security settings at the upper right corner to enter the Security settings page. Click Edit account information to update the login email address.

4. How to modify the security email address?

Click Settings > Security settings at the upper right corner to enter the Security settings page. Click Edit email to update the security email.

5. What if I forgot my login password?

Step 1: Click Forgot login password? on the login page.

Step 2: Enter your Email Address.

Step 3: Enter the verification code that you obtained from the PID (partner ID) registered email and click Confirm to reset your password.
