Antom Shield Premium provides professional fraud-related chargeback dispute defense services. The system integrates intelligent success rate prediction, AI-generated dispute templates, and online document editing and submission functions, helping you efficiently prepare high-quality defense materials, improve win rates, and minimize transaction losses.
Follow the steps below to handle a dispute defense:
Step 1: View chargeback cases
Log in to the Antom Dashboard, go to Transactions > Dispute to view all historical chargeback records. You can filter cases by amount, status, or other conditions to quickly locate disputes related to fraud.
Click any case to open its detail page and view complete case information.
Step 2: Evaluate chargeback defense success rate
For each chargeback case, you can determine whether to proceed with a defense based on your experience, refund status, and other relevant factors. Additionally, Antom Shield provides an intelligent prediction score for the likelihood of success, helping you make data-driven decisions.
The evaluation levels and recommendations are shown in the table below:

Step 3: Submit and edit defense materials online
After careful consideration, if you decide to proceed, you will enter the defense process. You can choose to use the AI-generated defense template or upload your own materials. If you choose to accept the chargeback, the defense process will terminate.

Antom Shield Premium uses an AI engine trained on historical chargeback cases, combined with the latest dispute-processing rules from card networks, to automatically generate standardized defense materials. The AI-generated template pre-fills defense evidence statements and transaction details according to the specific case, greatly reducing writing effort and improving response speed. You can edit and supplement the template based on your business context to ensure accurate, well-structured information and increase approval rates.
