notifyDefenseDocument

After Antom generates the defense materials for a chargeback dispute case, it proactively sends a notification to the merchant. Upon receiving the notification, the merchant can download the generated defense materials via the downloadDisputeEvidence API using the file metadata included in the notification.

Structure

A message consists of a header and body. The following sections are focused on the body structure. For the header structure, see:

Note: Set the data type of each parameter (except array) as String. This means that you must use double quotation marks (" ") to enclose the parameter value. Examples:

  • If the data type of a parameter is Integer and its value is 20, set it as "20".
  • If the data type of a parameter is Boolean and its value is true, set it as "true".

Request parameters

disputeId String  REQUIRED

Antom dispute ID, used to associate this notification with the merchant's local dispute case.

More information:

  • Maximum length: 64 characters

notifyTime Datetime  REQUIRED

The time when the notification is generated. This parameter, together with disputeId, forms the logical event identifier of this notification: retry notifications reuse the same notifyTime, while new logical events generate a new notifyTime.

More information:

  • Maximum length: 32 characters
  • The value follows the ISO 8601 standard format. For example, "2019-11-27T12:01:01+08:00".

defenseFile DefenseFile  REQUIRED

Metadata of the generated defense material file.

Note: The file content is not returned directly in the notification. After receiving the notification, the merchant must download it through the downloadDisputeEvidence API. The evidence type is DISPUTE_EVIDENCE_AI.

winRateLevel String

The predicted win-rate level corresponding to the current defense materials.Valid values are:

  • HIGH: Indicates that the evidence is relatively strong, and it is recommended to defend the dispute.
  • MEDIUM: Indicates medium evidence strength. Supplementing missing evidence tags can improve the probability of winning.
  • LOW: Indicates a relatively low probability of winning, and it may be recommended to accept the dispute.

Note: This parameter is for reference only. If the algorithm does not generate a win-rate level, this parameter is not returned.

More information:

  • Maximum length: 8 characters

recommendedEvidence Map<String, String>

The set of recommended evidence to supplement, using a key-value structure:

  • The key is the evidenceTag, with up to 32 keys.
  • The value is the description of the supplementary requirement, with a maximum length of 512 characters.

suggestionsForImprovement String

Language optimization suggestions for the defense materials.

Note: This parameter is for reference only and does not represent any commitment regarding the dispute result.

More information:

  • Maximum length: 2048 characters
