Q1: What can I do if I encounter discrepancies when performing reconciliation?

If you find discrepancies between different reports when performing reconciliation, the reason might be one of the following cases:

    • Errors occur when performing reconciliation
    • Problems happen when Antom generates reports

You can take one of the following actions:

    • When discrepancies exist, the report information from Antom should prevail. You can review the reconciliation procedures first to figure out whether problems exist.
    • If adjustments are required, contact Antom Technical Support to review the related reports, and then take actions accordingly based on review results.

Q2: What can I do if I cannot retrieve reconciliation reports?

You might be unable to view or retrieve the reports as usual, the reason might be one of the following cases:

    • The target report is damaged
    • Problems happen when Antom generates reports
