# Payment links

> Create and share customizable payment links for accepting online payments.

Antom’s Payment links makes it effortless for you to accept payments online. Once your Antom account is activated, simply log in to your [Antom Dashboard](https://dashboard.alipay.com/global-payments/home) to create a customized payment link in just a few clicks. The **Payments >** **Payment links** module is available on the left navigation panel on Antom Dashboard, providing all the tools you need to create, manage, and track your links efficiently.

> **Note**: Access to Payment links is available once you have applied for this payment feature and your application has been approved. Contact Antom Technical Support for more information.

In this article, you will learn how to [set up a checkout page](#zfRM1), [create a payment link](#xZdsi), [share the payment link](#K9Fzu) with your buyers, and [manage all your payment links](#svaPM) on Antom Dashboard.

## Set up a checkout page

You need to set up the checkout page before creating a payment link, as the payment link page automatically adapts to its design. Follow the steps below to configure your checkout page.

### Step 1: Access checkout page settings

Use one of the following methods to access the checkout page settings:

-   Through the **Payment links settings** page: Follow the steps below to do so:

### Step 2: Configure checkout page settings

Configure checkout settings on the **Checkout page** page**.** Changes made will apply to both the checkout page and the payment link page. You can configure the fields in the following sections based on your business needs:

-   **Address autocomplete**: Enable this setting to auto-fill the address information.
-   [**Public information**](#5d157171): Provide your public information.
-   [**Appearance**](#nD8Xz): Configure the appearance of the checkout page.
-   [**Payment methods**](#ea066155): Configure payment methods on the checkout page.
-   [**Store policy**](#c6ac631d): Include details about your store policy on the checkout page.
-   **Other settings**: Additional configurations you can customize to meet your needs.


#### Fill in public information

On the **Checkout page** page, click **Company information** to provide public-facing information about your company. This information may appear in payment statements, invoices, or receipts to inform your buyer about the transaction.

On the **Add customer-facing info** window, fill in the following company information:

-   **Legal business name**
-   **Company name**
-   **Statement descriptor**
-   **Shortened descriptor** 
-   **Customer support phone number**
-   **Customer support email**
-   **Customer support URL** 
-   **Business website** 
-   **Terms of service URL** 
-   **Privacy policy URL**

#### Configure the checkout page appearance

On the **Checkout page** page, click **Appearance settings** to configure the appearance of your checkout page. On the **Appearance** page, configure the settings in the following setions:

-   **Brand**
-   **Theme**
-   **Display layout**

The changes you made are reflected real time on the **Preview** section. Once you are done with the configuration, click **Save** to save the edits.

#### Configure preferred payment methods

On the **Checkout page** page, click **Payment methods** to configure the payment methods appearance on the checkout page through the following sections:

> **Note**: All payment methods are subjected to approval.

-   **Payment methods**: Select the payment methods to be displayed on the **Payment method** list of your checkout page. -   **Recommended payment methods**: Enable **Recommended payment methods** to display your selected payment methods as recommended options during checkout. The changes you made are reflected real time on the **Preview** section. Once you are done with the configuration, click **Save** to save the edits.

#### Store policy

On the **Checkout page** page, under **Store policy**, click **Edit** to configure the following fields according to your business needs:

-   **Return and refund polic****y**: Configure the return, refund and exchange information based on your business policy.
-   **Customer support information**: Configure the customer support information for a better customer service experience. 
-   **Legal Policy**: Set up the terms and conditions and terms of service of your business policy.

The changes you made are reflected real time on the **Store Policies** section. Once you are done with the configuration, click **Save** to save the edits.

## Create a payment link

After you have completed the [checkout page configuration](#zfRM1), you may start creating the payment link. Navigate to **Payments** > **Payment links**, and click the **\+ Add Payment link** button to start.

On the **Create a payment link** window, configure the following sections based on your business needs:

-   [**Link info**](#bv7sx)
-   [**Item**](#UeoG5) or [**Amount**](#UeoG5): The display of this section varies depending on the type of payment link.
-   [**Options**](#Iu1NO)
-   [**Advanced options**](#9ve3w)
-   [**Payment confirmation**](#96094a2b)

### Link info

On the **Create a payment link** window, configure or provide the following details of the payment link. The info in this section is only for your own internal record, and is not public-facing.

-   **Name**: The name of the payment link for the ease of tracking.
-   **Type**: Select whether the payment link is [**Item-based**](#UeoG5) or [**Amount-based**](#3ajs4).
-   **Description**: Describe the content of the payment link for the ease of tracking.
-   **Limit the number of payments received with this link**: Enable this setting, and set the number of times the link can be used to receive payments.
-   **Set an expiration date for this link**: Enable this setting to set the expiration date of the link.

### Item

On the **Create a payment link** window, when the [payment link type](#bv7sx) is set to **Item-based**, you can configure the **Item** section to [add a new product](#HjMjm) or [select and configure an existing product](#1DNdq) from the product list. The item-based payment link is recommended for itemized and quantifiable products.

#### Add a product

If you need to add a new product to the product list, click **Add a product** to begin.

In the **Add a product** window, configure the following sections to set the necessary details of the product:

-   **Product information**: Provide a **Name** and **Product ID** for better reconciliations, **Description** and **Image** for better product understandings.
-   **Pricing information**: Set a price of the product in the preferred local currencies.

The changes you made are reflected real time on the **Preview** section. Once you are done with the configuration, click **Create** to create a new product. The new product will be added to the product list.

#### Select or configure existing products

In the product list, you can search for and select an existing product to add to your checkout page. You can also configure the following product settings:

-   **Quantity**: Preset the quantity of which your buyer pays for.
-   **Let customers adjust quantity**: Allow your buyer to set the quantity of the product on the checkout page.

### Amount

On the **Create a payment link** window, when the [payment link type](#bv7sx) is set to **Amount-based**, you can configure the **Amount** section to preset the payment amount for your product or allow buyers to enter a specific payment amount. The amount-based payment link is ideal for services, fixed-price items, or non-quantifiable products. Configure the following fields:

-   **Title**: Provide a title to your product.
-   **Description**: Provide a description to your product for better product understandings.
-   **Let users enter an amount**: Enable this option to allow your buyers to specify the payment amount, where you can set the **Amount range** to accept no more than the preset maximum amount. To set the payment amount, disable this option.
-   **Amount**: When the **Let users enter an amount option** is disabled, you can enter a preset payment amount to your product.
-   **Image**: Upload an image that best describe your product.

### Options

On the **Create a payment link** window, configure the following settings to collect the necessary customer information based on your business needs:

-   **Email**: This option is enable by default to collect your buyer's email address.
-   **Customer's name**: Enable this option, and select **A****sk the customer to provide** or **Fill your customer’s name by yourself** to configure the display of the collection of the buyer's name.
-   **Customer's phone number**: Enable this option to collect your buyer's phone number on the checkout page.

### Advanced options

On the **Create a payment link** window, configure the following settings to add custom fields for customer information collection, display an Antom logo at the bottom of your checkout page, or set the default language of your checkout page:

-   **Add custom fields**: Add one or multiple custom fields to collect more customer information based on your business needs.
-   **Show Antom logo**: Enable this option to display an Antom logo at the bottom of your checkout page.
-   **Show default language**: Enable this option, and set the default language of your checkout page.

### Payment confirmation

On the **Create a payment link** window, enable one of the following options to set where your buyer will be redirected to after the payment is completed:

-   **Redirect to the Antom confirmation page**
-   **Redirect to the custom website**

The changes you made are reflected real time on the **Preview** section. You can switch between **Payment page** or **Payment result page** in PC or mobile mode to review your configurations. Once you are done with the configuration, click **Create link** to create the payment link.

## Share the payment link

## Manage payment links

You can manage your payment links on the [**Payment links** page](#lzrYW) or the [**payment links** details page](#LUhXg).

### Payment links page

On the **Payment links** page, you can perform the following tasks:

-   Search for or filter the payment links: Use the filter settings or the search bar to locate a specific payment link.
-   Edit or terminate the payment link: In the payment link list, click the more option button, and click **Edit** or **Terminate** to edit or terminate the payment link.
-   View the details page of a specific payment link: In the payment link list, click the more options button, and click **Details** to [view the details page](#LUhXg) of the payment link.
-   Export the full list of payment links: In the payment link list, click **Export** to export the full list of existing payment links.

### Payment links details page

On the **Payment links** page, click any payment link on the list to view the details page. On the **payment links** details page, you can perform the following tasks:
