How to authorise a 1688 account

Here are the steps you need to follow to authorise a 1688 account to WorldFirst when making purchases from your suppliers.

Step 1：

To authorise and automate your 1688 payments using WorldFirst, you will need to unlink your 1688 account from Alipay Business Account.

Step 1A:

If you've already unlinked 1688 from your Alipay Business Account, please jump to step 2.

Step 1B:

Identify the 1688 account(s) you wish to unlink and select Details.

Step 1C:

At the top right, select Revoke Authorization if you wish to unlink the 1688 account from Alipay Business Account.

Step 1D:

Click Confirm and you will be prompted to enter your Alipay Business Account password to authenticate your authorisation.

Step 2:

Once you have unlinked your 1688 account from Alipay Business Account.

Next, select Cross-border Pay (跨境宝).

Step 3:

To start authorising a 1688 account with WorldFirst, click Activate.

Step 4:

Input your 1688 ID (You will need to login to your 1688 account to retrieve your 1688 ID).

If you're planning to add more than one 1688 account, give your 1688 ID a unique nickname to differentiate between 1688 accounts.

Step 5:

Select the tick box of the acknowledgement statement and click Next.

Step 6:

You will be promoted to key in the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered mobile number with WorldFirst.

Step 7:

You've successfully authorised your 1688 account with WorldFirst. Next, ensure you have sufficient balances in your CNH receiving account to make supplier payments.
